Oh hi there.

I'm Amanda, a passionate creative director and highly diverse learner who cares about my colleagues, making great work, and building trust with my clients. I love guiding and mentoring juniors and mid-levels. I thrive on learning and embracing new technologies, and I believe the best work stems from great strategy. But enough about work-me, let’s talk about not-just-work-me.

I’m a first-gen Lebanese-American born and raised in Appalachia. You can’t tell by my flat accent, but you can tell from my determination to feed you. And from my strong opinions about tabouli and Waffle House hashbrowns.

I love traveling, dogs, spicy food, Jane Austen novels, dogs, champagne, history and food podcasts, and of course, dogs.

Just for fun, here are some jobs I held during high school, college, and post-college that have since disappeared from my resume:

  • Tanning salon attendant

  • Candle carver

  • Professional ghost

  • Walt Disney World Resort hotel front desk clerk

  • Middle Eastern dancer

  • Carriage driver (I can drive both singles and teams while opening Prosecco and sharing ghost stories, just in case there's ever a need)

  • Theater build shop apprentice

  • Yoga teacher - I taught for 7 years, I have 405 hours of training: Hatha 1-3 and Prenatal Yoga Certification. Professional designation of E-RYT 200. Did volunteering to teach a weekly yoga class at the agency help me get my first job as an art director? Yes. Yes it did.
